a short tap with a small hammer breaks the glue on the corner block
the ribs are quite flexible so it is like removing a tyre getting the mold out
there was a hold up with the blocks so with a small chilsel I took out a small amount of wood
layer one is out so the rest is so easy
one set of ribs ready for finishing off, wow they are so light now!
using a block plane to quickly clean up the corner blocks
with the blocks trimmed up it is easier to slide the mold back in to keep it all safe
this is only a quick cleanup and will be refined before assembly
