As the bent ribs have been sitting around for a week, they have straightend out a little so I will light re-do the bends before gluing them on
this is one of the shaped blocks I made to hold the rib whilst gluing
a quick test run to check for any upcoming problems
a little bit of soap on the mold to help keep the glue from sticking
the right rib glued nicely but the left one keeps wanting to slide back, so I am using the end support blocks to hold it whilt I glue and clamp it up
ok, the two upper ribs are now glued at the corner blocks
it's looking like a good mating surface
now getting ready to glue the ribs to the upper block
this was a pain as the ribs kept wanting to slide out when I did the clamps up but with persistence I got it all done
again from a different angle
