after many test clamps and block fine tuning I am ready to glue the c-ribs in, so to prevent any excess glue sticking to the mould, I coated the mould surface with dry soap

I used a lot of clamps for as usual I always over do things!

for protection of the rib surface a big piece of clear plastic tubing covers the wood used to clamp the rib
